No Refunds

Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, refunds or cancellations are not allowed, as the product is instantly accessible and downloadable.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The product file is corrupted or not downloadable

• The product delivered is completely different from what was described
